Tutorial on Light Reflection

I don't remember what this is called, exactly, but it's a very common effect where light reflects quickly across text or an object from one end to the other. I saw a tutorial on this, but now I can't find it. It involved creating a clone layer and...well, I'm a little fuzzy from there.

Anyone know where I can find this tutorial?

Can you possibly post some footage for something that looks similar, there are a couple effects that sound vaguely like that one.
