Pixeling art and text in a logo

I have created a little logo bumper in Motion and it's pixeling on me when I get it into the FCP timeline

It was created in Motion as a 1080p project and exported as XDCAM EX (to match the FCP settings). If look at the logo, which is just a bunch of ovals (that grow sequentially for 3/4 seconds) and some type in the canvas/viewer at full size...everything is crisp and smooth.

But...when I size the windows at 33% to work on things the logo gets pixely. Normally I would not sweat that but when I export the film and logo out as a full quality QT movie the logo remains pixely.

This is baffling. What am I missing?

I imported the motion project into FCP. Here's an interesting wrinkle. The text/art look great in the viewer when it is not playing. When I hit play it goes pixelly. When I insert it into the timeline it's pixelly after I render it. Very weird side by side...Fine in the viewer - Pixelly in the canvas.

I re-read all of your points in the article and insured I have done the things that can help optimize the quality. I am monitoring on an external monitor...23" ACD through a Matrox box...and the type and little ovals still look cruddy!
