Motion custom templates lost in Final Cut

I am setting up custom templates in Motion and exporting them with all their media into Final Cut. I am creating these for several users who all have Final Cut Studio 2 loaded. It happens to all of them.

After initial use in final cut, a day or so later the template says the media is missing, yet nothing has been moved.

Any ideas on what is happening?

Hello guys I have a problem with motion templates; the majority of it do not work.I have Final Cut 6.0.2 version
