I agree Mark!! While we're here, I wonder how a video like this is created. It's not a high speed drawing of pictures. (because his magic pen wouldn't draw black and blue images)
Any idea how to create these type of videos? I think they are an interesting creative way to communicate ideas.

It's been a popular format for the past few years.
Step 1 - script the concept and narration.
Step 2 - find an artist who can draw in the style you want.
Step 3 - Plan the images you'll need.
Step 4 - Video tape the artist drawing the content in "real time."
Step 5 - Record the narration.
Step 6 - In post, lay down the narration first for timing, then add the video, speeding it up to match the revealed drawing to the points being made.
That's about it.
