WORLD CUP (copy rights)

Hi there, A client wants to make a TV spot with a 3d wold cup 2010.

He wants his logo with the soccer cup.

What about the copy rights of the cup? I mean I can make the Soccer Cup a look alike and not the exact replicate but still.

How to go about this, or just tell the client its not permitted?
