Contract jobs

Hello all-
I have been fortunate enough to get paid for contract jobs on time (pretty much) per the agreement made without really having a contract. My gut tells me to start doing this as soon as possible to cover myself.
Is there a contract I can use as a template that can be customized (insert company name, rate of pay per editing/GFX, etc.) that you know of online that I can copy/paste?
