I have some interview footage that has a baby cry in the background that I want to at least minimize. How would I do this in Audition?

Once you know how to do it, you won't believe the magic you can do to remove fan noise, ac rumble, dogs barking, even babies crying. If the cry is happening in a clear spot, you're golden, if it's under the stuff you want to keep, it's a bit harder:
