Making a sound deeper

I would like to make a sound sound deeper, Its a sound of a clock ticking, and I would like to make it sound like a really large clock with a deeper sound hope this makes sense let me know if more explanation is needed.

Slowing down the playback will make it deeper. It will slow the ticking down.
