Rewire sound card problems

I've been trying to rewire reason 4.0 and adobe audition 3. I'm using a lexicon omega to record live sound. I'm pretty sure the omega has to use the included OMEGA asio driver. I have asio4all on my computer, and i can successfully route data from reason to audition when using it as my driver, but when i try to use the lexicons asio omega driver, it won't work. it won't play in either sequencer. Do i need to get a sound card in my computer that both reason and the omega cooperate with or what? any input would be greatly appreciated.
