Using Free Trial - No Output ?

Hi,
I tried downloading the free trial of sapphire to see what the fuss was about...
However I have been an total ass and managed to installed the ones for DS rather than for Media Composer v3.0 which I have. I only realised this as nothing would display on the client monitor / composer window, having went and investigated the version number on the genarts site I realised my error.
So I uninstalled, started the process again on the Genarts site and installed the correct version this time however however the output is still black ? - am I missing something or have I screwed up my system now with installing the DS ones first has it left something on the system which is stopping the right ones from working?
EDIT:: I seen a picture with the effect for about 2 seconds then it disappeared? Also this is a clean system nothing else but Avid installed, Do I need to install something else?
