Out of memory

Hi all,
my company just bought monetV2&mokeyV4, and now i try to do a removal in a shot( hd 1080p), which is 420frames long. All is tracked well, but when i start the removal process, i get an out of memory message. In the task manager i see, that mokey goes up to 1.8GB of ram before it stops. It is installed on a Dell Precision 670, Dual Xeon 3.2Ghz with 4GB of ram ,modified Boot.ini(3GB Patch) and Windows XP Pro(32bit).Other applications can nearly use all of the 3GB, but not mokey. Is this a limitation of the software, and if so, how can i manage the removal? Another question: what is with support for multiprocessor systems, in the task manager only 25% of cpu power is used. thanks for your prompt answer. For the moment i solved the memory problem by using the ranges option in the remove tool( still learnig all the options:) ). And yes, other tools are multithreaded, didn
