QT files - Appear blank

Hi there

I'm trying to import a QuickTime file into Mokey & Monet and they seem to read in with the correct duration, frame rate, size etc. But when its all read in the file appears Blank.

How do i get QT files into the system?
The only work around I have is to render the QT out as Frames and import that.

Hi Rory,

What codec are your QuickTime files using? It should work fine.

I hope you guys are well. Thanks for the prompt reply.

I'm using BlackMagic Decklink 8bt Codec and its a 1920x1080 25fps QuickTime file.

Its a reference file but I've tried a Self Contained QT file too and the same happens.

Any ideas?

They should be fine normally. Can you email me a few frames to try out?
