Best Shoulder Mount Camera

I'm looking for the best Shoulder Mount (Professional) Camcorder, but can't figure out what is best.

I like the JVC HM700, good value for money, SDHC, FCP friendly, but the Sony S270 has better chips, then there's Panasonic and P2 Cards. (I've ruled Canon out and Sony EX series, because of the semi shoulder mount).

So what have I missed from my short list and "what's hot"?

If you really check the specs between Sony 270, JVC 700 and Panasonic AG-HPX300 and you are not looking for tape recording (which seems nearly yesterday's technology except for big Hds) I don't see how Sony and JVC con compete with the Panasonic, specially now since Fuji has an alternative (less pricy P2 card line).
