HVR-1500 and DV lines

HVR-1500 and DV lines

I have two HVR-1500's on this current job and one of them is passing the white VITC lines up top of frame and one is not. I cannot for the life of me get the other machine to blank them out. Anyone know how to do this. The only difference between machines is one has the analog input option and the other doesn't.
