HD Output Media

I'm creating a promo video for a client. The client has asked for the promo to be in HD and so i'll be using a V1. Once the promo is captured and editied what is the best media to output the HD footage onto without compression or down converting?

Blu-ray is one option and the only one i can think of?

There must be other options? can anyone enlighten me?
