Sony Z7U Lenses

Looking for recommendations for intercnagable lenses for the Z7U. Has anyone had the occasion to try the Sony Alph lenses that are supposed to work with Z7U and the new EX3? Does anyone know what the conversion factor is, I belive I read an article that stated 7x factor.
