No I don't but when you go to research the purchase I am sure the seller will know. Just don't be one of those folk that buys a camera before they know the rest of the story, ie. post work flow and such.

Well., I've yet to see a Canon video deck of any description, so I'd guess not. I fear you need to use the camera as a player/recorder for that purpose.

Do you need to finish to HDV? If so, then yes you have to use the H1 to capture 24F stuff because it's a new Canon spec within the HDV 1080i spec, and as such the Sony HDV deck won't play it out.
If you don't need to finish to HDV tape and are intending on distribution via HD DVD, Blu Ray, WMV DVD etc., you could shoot with a Firestore or CitiDisk HDV and simply plug-in the hard drive and work with the files with no wear and tear on the camera at all. If you roll tape at the same time you'll have a good backup too.
There'll be a deck at some point, but depending on your intended master and distribution formats, if you're worried about using the camera for a deck, there are some alternatives.
