Best way to acquire HDV-compatible jumpbacks

Need some corporate-like motion backgrounds ASAP, but was wondering who sells HDV-ready ones. Will I just have to buy the HD versions & do a downconvert, or buy the SD ones and upconvert from that? Whatever the process is, would be nice to know. ;-)

These are one way to go. And you get to modify them all you want. They are just extremely detailed After Effects projects:
