Does Anyone Have This Problem with the Z1U and Century Optics .6 Wide Converter?
I noticed that the back focus is way off.
Is this normal?
I zoom out all the way, then put my focus to infinity, and the scene is blurry.
This doesn't happen with the wide converter taken off the camera.

The .6 changes the focal point for infinity. You can't use the camera's infinity setting, it won't work. Same thing happens with the DVX100 and the .6. On the DVX there's a 00-99 scale for focus, and infinity is normally at 95. But with the Century .6 installed, infinity focus is actually achieved around 29.
You can focus to infinity with the .6, but you'll have to do it manually.
