Movable Pop up window code on website

Hello! I am currently building a website that has certain images, when clicked will open up a movable pop up window like this here.

(go down to the bottom and click the (fire) button to test it)

Now, here is my problem. I need this to be, when clicked depending on the image, it will show different images in the pop up window. But it seems that no matter what i do it just shows the very first image and it doesn't change anything. Even when I changed the links to the image files. What exactly is wrong? I GREATLY appreciate any assistance/feedback from all of you.

Ok, check out my page there. When you click the first button, it brings up a movable pop up window right? now my problem is, the next image i tried to do this week, even though I completely changes the url for the images that it shows, it still shows the images from the first code??

the same code can be viewed that website. If you look at the code, what I did was change the x11_body,x11_close and x_11title.gif so i could customize the window.
