How to stop on a certain frame when looping between in/out points..PLEASE ADVISE

Hey Guys,

So I have a small problem when i'm running review sessions in smoke 2012.

Lets say I have a certain clip in my timeline that I want to loop. So i select it with in and out marks (?+shift). Then I switch my player settings to v/v/v and to in/out. but when i stop, it jumps back to where my positioner was before I started looping, not the frame I wanted to stop on..

How can i stop this??

The ony way to stop on pause is with normal v playback, As far as I know that is just how the looping functionality works when you press t, to save time I use loop selected instead of in to out so I dont have to do shift ? all the time

hi,
no need for shift+? - leave the option on ”selected” instead of ”in-out” & it does the same ...
right, that stop jumps back on the previous position - as a workaround you would have to use play instead of replay - or, if you want to see the selective loop, you could set a mark ...
