Input Levels

I input some footage from a QT with one frame of bars and the bars are low on the scope. Is there anyway to check/adjust imported clips levels?

Your GUI has a waveform and vectorscope in the "player options" blue bar called "vectorscope". If you look at your clip there you can color correct levels with those tools.
