DPS to LTV

I understand that there is a small program that will take older Velocity files like dva and dps and convert them to one ltv file. We just received our new Velocity HD and would like to load a project that originated in Velocity 8. Does anyone know of this program and where it can be obtained?

You might have to search a little down thru the list as there are hundreds of downloads available, but they're pretty well defined and named.
