I thought the VelocityHD read .dps files natively? If not, surely there's a utility to convert the files on the Harris site.
Do a search for Harris Premiere website. Once you find it you have to register but it's free...then you can search to see if they have a software utility to do that. Or better yet, search on google. If there's a utility I'm sure it'll show up.
You could also ask on the DPSedits list on Yahoo. Again, you have to join but it's painless and only takes a minute and you can set it up so you won't get emails but check the list online only.
