Composite 2 output setting?

I just rebuilt my Velocity system (8.2) with a new system drive and new software installs, new video card, and a bunch of other stuff. The only issue I have is a weird, one because I can't find where I changed a setting in the past.
I have a little mini LCD on my desk that I use for Photoshop preview out using the DPS Photoshop plugin. I use composite video output 2 to drive this little monitor as it doesn't accept S and my video 1 composite is in use. I could have sworn that I set Video 2 to display video instead of alpha in the DPS Hardware Manager before, but that option doesn't exist now! I can only select whether video 2 has setup or not.
Changing the settings in Reality or Velocity doesn't stick once the application is closed. In the past I used to be able to send to video2 out of Photoshop without ever opening any DPS programs, so I know the setting could be made! I just can't remember where.
I may have been running 8.1 prior to the rebuild, I'm now running 8.2 ...I'm not sure if that's actually the case, or if it would make a difference. I do know that before the rebuild, my Hardware Manager icon was a DPS icon, and now it is a Leitch icon.

I recall that all the output capabilities changed somewhat about the time of version 8.1 or higher. You used to be able to set the systems up to have one of your component outputs as your program monitor and your second component output as your preview...but I think they changed that capability as well.
I don't recall seeing it in our video output preferences in the hardware manager either, but there's also some settings in the Velocity software preferences that allow you to make some changes to outputs and such. You might check in the software itself, as I know they changed a lot of where you made adjustments at one point.

That must be it. Darn, I don't know if I want to roll back to 8.1 on a freshly rebuilt system! Maybe I'll just run through a deck with multiple outputs and drive both monitors from that.
