VelocityHD Recapture Problem

I am trying to do a batch recapture from a project originally authored on a seperate VelocityQ 8.1 system. I am able to move the project from the old computer to the VelocityHD and open it. I hit recapture and it goes through the motions and makes a batch list and actually recaptures the material, but no audio clips will replace in the timeline. Most of the time the video portion of each clip will replace, but I cannot get the audio along with the video. In fact, I can't batch recapture audio at all, even seperately. I can go in and manually replace each clip to get the audio in, but this is a huge pain. Any thoughts?

When you click on a single video clip on the timeline does the associated audio get selected as well? If not resync all your video and audio together using shift-w (one at a time) and try the batch recap again.

Some were synced, some weren't. No audio will resync on batch recapture, even though it does actually capture it. I have tried opening a timeline directly, copying a project to the new system through the software, copying it through windows, consilidating and copying, exporting EDL, OMF, AAF, and every time I try to recapture, the audio doesn't show up. Also in the clip info panel before I recapture, at the bottom it usually says which dps file the dva file links to, but on all the clips it just restates the dva file. And then sometimes it will show what dps file it used to link to, but it removes the reel name and all timecodes start at zero. I feel like I have tried every possible combination and I cannot figure this out. Anybody else ever been in this situation?
