"Video TS Folder Found in Build Location" error, won't let me burn an HD DVD

DVDPro 4.2.2/Mac 10.6.8 OS/Tower 12core

First try at "HD" burn.
Converted existing SD template to HD:
- DVD Standard set to 'HD DVD'
contains 1-menu , 1-track
plays in Simulate mode no problem.

Go to BURN - get message:

"Video_TS folder found in Build Location"
The Build Location folder contains a VIDEO_TS folder (standard DVD content). You must remove the VIDEO_TS folder from the Build Location in order to proceed with the Build/Format of a HD DVD project."

Tried creating new project - same problem.

I guess I need to know where the "Build Location" is and delete some SD TS_content??
