DVDSP burn from NTSC HD to internationally playable DVD

Hello,

I am producing a project for a client in South Africa. I shot it 30p NTSC 1920x 1080 on Panasonic HMC 150p AVCCam, edited in FCP HD timeline 1920x1080 NTSC and now need to burn a DVD that will play internationally as this will be played by people in the US, UK and other international countries. I am wondering what is the best way to accomplish this.

I know that HD DVD is not compatible with players other than Mac video playe, so what are my options.

thanks ...I figured the bit about HD DVD...had problems in the past with those....cheers.
