3 Hours for compressor to Export an Hour long video?

Hi guys,

I exported out of FCP using current settings and then did my DVD studio pro project and the result ended up looking quite choppy.

I decided to use compressor to export using best settings 90 minute DVD, but it's taking 3 hours to do.

Is this a normal amount of time?

I'm on a Mac Pro 2.66 x 4 processor with 4G of ram, and my project was XD cam format.
