Bit rate too high ... problem with 2audio track
by Mário Alexandre on Jul 20, 2009 at 2:43:57 pm

Hi all,

i'm trying to close a dvd and the data bit rate too high keeps on appearing, after a long experimental proccess to find what was causing it, i found it was with the audio tracks.

Even with just a simple clip and one track it works but when the second audio track is enabled for the musical bed (without voice) i can't finish it.

Another thing i noticed from this morning is that when opening a document it says "Error loading Project, imcompatible format" i still can work, but it's showing all the time ...

any help is welcome

Mario

convert the audio files to ac3 at .192 Mbps this is what everyone uses for audio. If you are using 2 PCM streams of audio us are using over 3 Mbps just for the audio.

Do any of the assets should up as red in the bin? the file maybe corrupted, this is never a good thing. Does this happen on all projects, new and old? or just this one?

Hi Michael a big thanks for the quick answer, i've started exporting ac3 via compressor and the first 6 clips are working with no complains so far. Looks like I was the only one trying a different approach :)

The opening projects error is still showing on every projects, even the new ones, maybe I should trash the preferences later, now i'm too busy trying to finish this one.

Thank you again

Mario
