Is it possible to have a button that remains fully transparent, regardless of it's state, on the same menu as a button that changes as it's highlighted and selected? I can't quite figure out how to do this, if it's even possible.... thanks!

If you are using overlays it is really easy, for the transparent buttons there is no image, but if you create a button area and have no button shape it can be navigated to and activated without on image. I hope this makes sense, iIn my mind it does :-)

Thanks Michael, yes it makes sense. Unfortunately, I created a series of motion menus with buttons, no overlays, and now he wants it changed. I have highlighted text created in DVDSP as part of my current button setup, it was just easier that way. Looks like I may have to change every menu I have into ones with overlays in order to get this done.

Looks like I just needed to create my blank button in another set. Saw a post just under mine with the same problem, and his solution is working. At first, I tried changing the set on the already created button, but it didn't work, had to make a new one and set its parameters that way. Thanks for your help!
