Motion behind layered text menu

Hi there, just wondering if DVDSP is able to have a motion video in the background and text layers in the foreground of a menu like Encore?

It sure can! DVDSP is a much more superior authoring tool than Encore in many ways. The good thing about Encore is how it can easily integrate between Adobe tools...a nice feature but not that much of a time saver once you know what your're doing.
