VIDEO_TS in the burn location; error message

I am trying to burn a DVD in DVD Studio Pro, but when I do it gives me the following error.
VIDEO_TS folder found in burn Location.
The Build Location folder contains a VIDEO_TS folder(standard DVD content). You must remove the VIDEO_TS folder from the Build Location in order to proceed with Build/Format of a HD DVD project.
Can anyone enlighten me on what I am doing wrong to get that error? I really appreciate your help!

The error message you are receiving indicates that you have created an HD DVD project. Are you sure this is what you want? HD DVD is an obsolete format, and it cannot be played in DVD or Blu-ray players.
You will have to rebuild your project from scratch, because it is not possible to go back to SD DVD from HD DVD project.
