How do you convert DVCProHD 23.98 to PAL 25?

I have a project that I want to release on both NTSC and PAL DVDs. All my footage is DVCProHD.
I've experimented with using the converter in Compressor and using the frame controls to speed up the footage to 25f/s, but now of course the sound is too slow.
How do you deal with this issue?

You would have to stretch the audio the same percentage as the video. You need to this is an audio program that can retime without changing the pitch, most true audio programs can do this.

I would post this in an audio forum (Soundtrack Pro since you probably have that) if you cannot figure it out. I have never done this I have read about the process.
