subtitles don't work when playing in realplayer

subtitles don't work when playing in realplayer

work fine in apple dvd player, wmp and stand alone dvd player but not real.
Any ideas?

I don't think Real Player is an official DVD playback engine - all of the other engines you named are DVD playback software.
