Buttons aren't accessible on a DVD Player

I have a simple DVD Studio Pro 4 project with two tracks. On the simulator if I click on the button of either video they play. However after burning a DVD nothing on the screen becomes highlighted when I use the remote control. This is incredibly frustrating! Why doesn't it just do what the simulator did? What setting do I need to change so that I can choose between the two tracks on the main menu of the DVD?
