Text on a DVD

Is there a way to put a text box on a DVD that is scrollable?

Not in the traditional sense- you could certainly fake it with still menus that transition from one to another I suppose. But I don't think anyone watching a DVD expects to see actual scrollable text.

Adding on to Noah's idea, if you made it reasonable so that it is not scrolling line by line like a webpage but scrolls to the next section of text you could make the still images and place a button on the top and bottom scroll arrows that takes you back to forward by jumping to a new page. If you wanted to be real creative you could make a movie that shows the scolling effect. So you would be on page 1 hit the next arrow, jumps to a movie that plays page one text scrolling to page 2 text, then the movie'e end jump it set to page 2. A lot of work but it would be cool.
