DVDSP Missing Templates & Soundtrack Pro Missing Assets

Hi,
On an Intel Duo Core iMac we recently did a full HD erase and clean install of Leopard. We just did a clean full install of FCS1 (5.1.4) ran all updates and it is working just fine. However in DVDSP and in Soundtrack Pro assets are missing and cannot be found...
All of the templates in DVDSP and all of the instruments and SFX in Soundtrack Pro are gone. We did a FULL install and used ALL of the discs using the default install configuration, nothing out of the ordinary, nothing custom.
I searched in the Machintosh HD>Library>Application Support>DVDSP folder for templates - EMPTY same for Soundtrack Pro Loops/Instruments etc.
Is that the correct place to be looking? I tried searching in Spotlight for templates and can't find anything same with Soundtrack Pro. They have to be in the computer somewhere I used all of the install discs. They're just not linked up properly?
I've searched around on the forums and tried others suggestions but still with no success. Any suggestions?

I believe you need to actually select some of the content files when you install. Look for the little disclosure triangles next to DVDSP and Soundtrack and Motion on the install screen. You'll see boxes that you need to check in order to install the media files.
