importing subtitles from Avid into DVD Studio Pro

Hi,
I have made my subtitles in Avid and would like to import them into DVD Studio Pro. I have read that you can do this by importing a text file with the titles and timecodes, but I don't understand fully how this works.

A text file would stand like that:

/////

My subtitles

00:02:36;17,00:02:47;03, The text that will show
00:03:13;25,00:03:16;12, The other text that will show
etc.

/////
