Pal MPEG2 into DVDSP 4

I am trying to create a PAL DVD from footage I shoot in NTSC then
made PAL ver MPEG 2's in COMPRESSOR.

I set my preferences in DVDSP 4 to PAL project, but when importing my assets
DVDSP 4 tells me it can not import PAL footage..?

What do I do ?
