DVDSP 4 External Video Preview??????

Has anyone been succesful setting up the new external video preview in DVDSP 4?
We have the AJA Io and Kona 2 and neither one works with it.
I believe the Blackmagic cards have beeen outputting DVDSP previews for a while.

I have three displays, and therefore a 2nd ATI PCI video card. I only have an option to preview on the displays connected to the original video card.
