MPEG2 Resolutions in Compressor 2

I've been asked if I can encode an MPEG2 file at 1024x576. Will Compressor 2 allow me to do this? It seems that I can only choose a default MPEG2 resolution. The box for entering in your own width and height is grayed out. It works for MPEG-4 but I don't know if that will help with this clients application.
If Compressor 2 can't do it, but it is possible, what will? Sorenson Squeeze? Procoder?
