Length of Menu Clip vs MB used

Can anyone tell me if a 30 sec menu loop is appropriately sized at about 100MB?

I make 20 sec clips with AC3 that are 18 MBs all the time. Are you using AC3 or PCM for audio?

Sadly, no audio yet. Hmmm. I export from FCP as a self contained movie. Do you recommend a different export setting? Thanks.
