Anyone got a working copy of SpeedBump macro?

For Shake v4.1

It's mentioned in the Cookbook but it's not in the directory. I did download version 1 (it's for Shake 2.0) but it doesn't work. The ui.h file is identical to the .h file.

I'd like to generate a drop shadow for a Text item, and map and displace it using a clip.
