Matchmove with roto question

Hi everyone,
I'm stuck with a shot I'm practicing with, where I have a clip that I'd like to sky replace. Using the Shake tutorials, I think I've figured out how to track the shot and use the matcmove node...however, the blend mode and the rotoshape are a bit confusing. Any advice on how the nodes should be setup?

First, ignore the tutorials.
The Stabilize node is more useful and its got a checkmark in it for either stabilizing or matchmoving. Make a nice rotoshape to mask the original sky, in case you have to animate its shape as the shot progresses. Use the stabilize to "matchmove" your replacement sky... clone the Stabilize and use the clone to matchmove the new sky. Use a Keymix to composite the original shot / new sky using the output of the stabilize/matchmove rotoshape as the travelling matte.

Joseph,
I've been struggling with MatchMove. Maybe you can help.
I'm running Shake 4.1 on a MacPro.
I did a few tutorials, but otherwise I'm a Shake newbie. My team wants a MatchMove effect for a TV commercial we're producing.
Basically, I have an HD shot of a silhouette of a woman dancing - pink background, black foreground image.
I have a hat to match to her head. It's a JPEG. (Whatever I do, I will need to repeat this process, as the hat is a dummy image, not the final product.)
I followed the included tutorial to FileIn the clip, then added the MatchMove, then the JPEG hat. I was able to create the tracking for the head. The hat now moves perfectly with the head, but it's the wrong size and stuck off to the left of the screen. So, I have a woman dancing, with a giant hat dancing to her left.
How do I:
1.) place the hat on the head
2.) resize the hat to fit the head
Problem -- When I click the FG button, no handles appear for resizing/reshaping the image, and I can't seem to find out how to position the hat, either.
Any suggestions? Something turned OFF that should be ON (vice versa)?
Forget MatchMove altogether? I'm almost ready to retreat to Apple Motion and track it frame by frame...
