hi, I have timelapse video, but the frames looks very different, because of the sun/clouds, some are dark, some low in contrast, some too saturated... is there a way how to "average" the frames, so the picture will look similar? there is a way in photoshop, but is it possible within Shake?

You can use the frame blending submodule, that is part of the retimer, in the FileIn node.
Set speed to 1, then choose frame blending as method, and set the range to how many frames you wanna mix together. Set also the weight : O = all frames equally mixed, then higher than 0 will mix more of the actual frame and less of outside frames.
There's a good deflicker plug that is part of Furnace pack, but it's quite expensive...
You can also try to color stabilize, with a pixel analyzer carefully set...

There is also a deflicker in the Cookbook shipped with Shake, but you have to install all the ui, etc. in the User/nreal appropriate folders. Not hard to do...
