Once I right-click on the clip I want to slowmo in FCP, choose Send To Shake, the Launch Shake option is greyed out and I cannot launch Shake. I can launch Shake without using this option, but I want to follow this tutorial, since I'm still a newbie.
I've tried renaming the sequence and selecting different drives, but the Launch Shake option is still greyed out.

I'll be honest: Send to Shake is pretty broken. I've had nothing but problems for the most part. It's easier to export the clips you need to a folder, and load them up as clips in Shake. Render to a render folder. Bring back into FCP as a new clip.

I just did a quick test using FCP 6.0.3 on Mac OS 10.5.3.
FCP successfully created a Shake script, but the option to open Shake was grayed out. When I opened the script from the finder, it launched Shake, & opened up with no problems. The node tree was exactly as I expected it to be.
