A friend wants to make a tutorial in Shake what is some good to cheap or free software he can use to record video and audio?

You might also look at Snapz Pro at Ambrosiasw.com. I've used it for years with great success.

I used iShowU for my video tutorials, its cheap, quick and easy to use :-)
