rotoscoping. half my keyframes just changed????

Hi,
I would gratefully welcome any ideas. I just spent the last 12 hours rotoscoping and have just played back my last couple of hours work to find that first half of the project has got screwed up, The keyframes are still there but the shape is hugely different, not just scaled but majorly different.
What could I have done to cause this? I have been working one frame at a time.

Aww, crap.
I'm new to roto in shape. Im guessing here but when you dete a point from a shape, it doesnt create a new keyframe, it deletes it from every keyframe???

Don't beat yourself up dude, we all had to start somewhere, ...you learn by doing, you learn by trial and error a lot of the time (true it totally sucks when you screw up after many hours of roto, ...but heck, sometimes on feature films you might spend days rotoing stuff that never gets seen :-).
Have you gone to Scott Squires site and watched his great tutorials on rotoscoping? Go there and have a look if you haven't, it may well save you a lot of grief (...as it worries me you say you're doing every frame, ...you should at least try to let the software do a bit of the grunt work for you, ....roto on every frame can lead to chatter of the edges, ...nasty).

If you choose to put more then one shape in a roto shape node turn off the other shapes while making or editing the shape you are working on. Then make sure the little keyframe all or this shape button is selected. You can then set keys for every shape seperatly. You didn't save Versions? My moto is everysave is a version save. V01.01 for minor changes then V02 would be a major change.
