I came cross this on the search for Rotoscoping Tutorials and I was wondering is this the same VFX breakdown in the book "the visual effects encyclopaedia) "
or simialr that was mention below?

great link! ...it isn't the same tutorial as in the book but the process produces a similar result, and it is a good tutorial in its own right.
That tutorial is done by a SW fan, the ones in the book were done by the guys who worked on them for ILM, so you get some of the rules and history, ...like good guys have blue and green sabres (or purple) and bad are always red, lightsabres can produce a shadow, ...sometimes, ...due to someone forgetting to paint out a shadow from the on set shoot for one scene in the first prequel film ;-).
